Horrible Owner

Pros:
Nothing it was a horrible place to live too much money and when told there were roaches we had to pay for pest control
Cons:
Took forever for owner to out mail away, owner complained about music at 2pm, owner charged extra $50 a month and was not on the lease ! Owner did not put hot water and when told he would say we complain A LOT! Owner would not give receipt and would never answer calls when something did it work in the apartment. When told that the window was broken because the building is cracked from outside he said just to add a nail to the window and not complain!
Advice to owner:
Stop taking forever to put mail & not complain about us telling him there is no hot water!
