Some pros, some cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Porter is very kind and helpful. -Beautiful neighborhood.
Cons:
-Super is mostly unresponsive. -Unreliable pest control, persistent cockroach problem in kitchen. -Management company needs to be contacted multiple times for any issue. -Frequent problems with elevator.
