Avoid apartment 6H
Former Tenant
Pros:
Súper and porter were great and did a really good job maintaining the building.
Cons:
Management, because corporate landlords suck. And the person who lives in apartment 5H made our lives a living hell. By their own account, they were not well mentally.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the person living in apartment 5H
