Love the super, management needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is such a humble man in my opinion. Honestly, one of the reasons I renewed my lease. Perfect size for a 1bed/1bath Living room is spacious for nyc Great closet space Laundry room in basement
Cons:
Never replaces anything without months and months of "figuring it out" and we'll call you (when they remember) when they have an update. (there was mold in my kitchen and it was painted over and got a new piece of my kitchen after about 5 months. Also, since the elevator on my side still works (barley and many people get stuck weekly) they won't replace it like they did for the other side of the building. It's supposidly too much money to buy a new one when they can fix it every other month. Was told we were getting new appliances and bathroom sink moving in - guess what I didn't get :)
