One of the better JH streets, building OK
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient to mass transit subway, bus less. Nice, good-looking part of 85th street w/ a number of SFH
Cons:
Older super has major trouble even doing minor repairs. There are several families in the building living in multiple apts, and they get special treatment
