Good building, good people
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good apartment, really nice upkeep. Very family oriented. Its a coop but the boards good, the sponsored units are pretty rare but I hear not bad
Cons:
Not many, the 90th st stations a bit sketchy sometimes. I recommend the bus to 74th late nights
