Neighborhood has gotten worse and so has living in this Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
This building has had terrible vermin issues(rats, cockroachs,) for years now, dirty floors, noisy street goers, the messy garbage area behind the building and my biggest con would have to be the street, it's extremely dirty and people who live on this block treat it like a garabge bin. Noisey tenants in this building and almost every other building on this street are an issue every single day. People are constantly blasting loud music.
Advice to owner:
Hold your tenants accountable to cleanliness in their apartments and around the garage area to avoid so many rats. I live on the fifth floor and its ridiculous that I have to deal with that type of issue.
Enforce rules on noise curfews. Most people work early in the morning and don't need to hear loud music all night long.
