Beautiful apartment but don't leave your building

Pros:
-fully renovated apartment, kitchen, bathroom
-high ceilings, nice fixtures
-hardwood floors throughout
-lots of natural light
Cons:
-gang activity
-high noise level at ALL hours of the night
-cockroaches and mice infestation
-hot water would shut off randomly for days
-unresponsive landlord
-crazy neighbors
