Jackson heights living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment, affordable rent, beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants
Cons:
Sometimes roaches come back and the pest control isn’t always reliable to be here on a monthly basis, water pressure is low, building hallways aren’t always clean
Advice to owner:
Needs to clean hallways, fix water pressure, exterminator should come more than once a month
