Stolen packages from neighbors but apt is huge
Former Tenant
Pros:
1 bedroom apt is huge with lots of closet spaces and all utilities covered. Garbage is taken care of. Elevator and laundry room
Cons:
Roaches and packages stolen by neighbors (they were caught on camera)
Advice to owner:
Instead of monthly pest control, twice a month
