Worst will be an understatement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to subway, bus, groceries, restaurants.
Cons:
The building authorities barely does any maintenance, dirty elevator and hallway, bad heating system, poor insulation resulting excessive heat in summer and cold in winter, dirty iron water, old heating system, building super can not speak English & denies to help if requested, and of course high rent.
Advice to owner:
I wish I could tell them ‘F$@&k off to their face’ but then I need to buy my own house for that… ;(
