Old building with leakage and worst maintenance

Pros:
Good location, hospitals and subway stations right around
Cons:
1. Leaks and breaks, bathroom ceiling leaks most of the time, plaster coming off.
2. They manages the building with porters can’t fix any minor problems.
3. Bathroom clogs frequently,!bad draining system
4. Windows falls off on heavy wind
5. No ramp in big building
6. A lot people lives is small apartment but party likes crazy. Noisy on weekend nights.
7. Delivery packages being stolen on regular basis
Advice to owner:
Add ramp, improve the plumbing system,
renovate or repair cracks and broken wood and windows. Improve security of shipping materials.

Pros:
Close to subway and hospital
Cons:
Very poor response to troubles, like clogged bathroom, leakage, and safety. Overwhelmed management system for about 800 flats for 3 buildings only one woman managing, looks most of the time exhausted. Don’t even where the super lives.
Advice to owner:
Need to recruit expert plumbers, regular exterminator, understanding emergency problems about maintenance of old buildings, security of delivery. A lot of complaints about package being stolen.
