Good location but
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s near everything like restaurants, laundry, MTA and hospital
Cons:
Full of rats and roaches, the manager Alfonso allows people to create divisions with sheet rock in the apartment if you pay him under the books which creates situations where 10 people live in a 2 bedroom apartment. On the weekends the airplanes fly above the building to la guardia airport waking you up at 7am Saturday morning.
