    Good location, friendly rent

    Pros:
    Good location, friendly rent, reasonable cleanliness and spacious space
    Cons:
    The floors are very old. Always make noise, neighbors are most Asians (Thais)
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the wood floors, pick up the phone
