Good not great

Pros:
It’s in a very convenient location, neighbors aren’t really a concern. Elevator is almost always in service and so is building washing machines.
Cons:
Bad roach issues no matter how clean you are roaches will always be present. Cracks and holes needs to be filled before being rented out to decrease roaches. Faucets and sinks are old and might need to be replaced.
Advice to owner:
Try to do better job with pest management before renters move in
