Horrible Management and ROACHES
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked the super; he was very responsive and he and his wife are very kind. Rent was reasonable for the area.
Cons:
The whole year I lived here I dealt with a horrible roach infestation. No matter what I did they’d come back, I’d see them in the halls and stairs and am sure they are a long-term issue. Most neighbors were also extremely inconsiderate when it came to noise and smells (cooking with doors open so the whole building smelled). The management did nothing. I also had to end my lease early in 2020 due to moving out of the city because of COVID and the management company kept my deposit and said I should consider myself “lucky” that they didn’t charge additional fees on top of that.
