Do not waste your money!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There really is nothing to like about this building. It is actually an embarrassment to have to live here.. which thankfully won’t be for much longer.
If I have to say a good thing I guess it would be location.. 1 long block away from subway.
Cons:
The turnaround rate for move outs is incredible! Tenants move in and won’t last even a year.
The garbage used to be kept in a small room and is now placed right in front of the laundry room. Now all you see is even more roaches and flies and of course mice all over the place… on top of the disgusting smell you have to endure while doing your laundry.
There is a HUGE roach and mice problem in this building. You will see mice dead or running around in the hallways.
When the elevator needs repairs it sometimes takes days for it to be back and running again.
The water is constantly being “turned off” for “repairs” or whatever which is very inconvenient.
The heat during the winter is terrible and the hallways and especially staircases are extremely dirty and disgusting!

Definitely not worth the rent they charge especially to new tenants.
Good luck if you contact the office for complaints/repairs and actually get a response or something done.. but then they are QUICK to send you to court if you miss a rent payment!

I definitely did not cover all the cons but this should be enough to warn people.
Advice to owner:
This building needs some SERIOUS changes. I’ve seen project buildings that are cleaner and has better service than this one.
