Pros:
Building is very quiet. Bedrooms are very spacious and the dishwashers work extremely well. There is also a lot of storage space.
Cons:
There are roaches and mice! If you leave food or dishes out overnight you can find roaches in your sink. When you leave on vacation/the apartment is quiet and empty for a while, the mice will come out and you may spot one when you come back. Building management has been responsive to repairs, but not about pests.

Don't rent here if possible
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat runs most of the winter really well (it can get really hot).
Cons:
Where do I start? Roaches, mice, overflowing trash, packages stolen, loud neighbor. Rent increases with all of the listed above.

Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is wonderful, very close to subway and great restaurants. The super is very helpful and responsive, he assisted me in fixing closet doors and water pressure of the shower
Cons:
Almost everything. Shower doesn't work sometimes, the water gets cold and hot randomly, very low pressure during my first 6 month. The cooktop/range is not working 100%, only the two burners that can be used. The freezer in the fridge is not fully freezing food, and the fridge stopped working completely in my last month, spoiling my food so I have to bin it. Neighbouring building is noisy as hell, loud partying even during pandemic.
Advice to owner:
Do a wholesale maintenance of the unit at least, make sure everything works before someone moves in, that should be the standard
