Serious Cockroach Problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
I do enjoy the friendliness of the tenant and how she made me food some times. The neighbors were pretty cool.

The location is basically perfect since the necessities are there including transportation.
Cons:
Very old looking building, paint chipping everywhere including the bathroom.

Cockroaches are absolutely everywhere including the bathroom, sometimes the fridge, cabinet, the drawers.
Sometimes mice came around too.

There's currently mold growing on my walls so I have to call for that.

The room is right next to the tenant's which is not a real room but a space that has a divider. So the noise is right there.

Even with the pandemic if I didn't have the full rent by the 1st that they would use my deposit and start looking for a new tenant.
Advice to owner:
To whoever owns the building overall, get rid of the pests! Also I'm not too sure about the price I'm paying for the type of "room" and building I'm in.
