This building is not worth the trouble
Former Tenant
Pros:
Transportation can be accessable
Cons:
Nothing is given to you in case of fire, not even in the hallway, elevator stays out of service, Super Intendant doesn’t not attempt to solve any issues, the water makes you really sick, neighbors are not friendly at all
Advice to owner:
You guys are not responsive at all and it’s disrespectful to your tenants
