Very dirty building at times cause of people subletting

Pros:
Huge apartments and the super and porters are amazing.
Cons:
Roaches and bedbugs. Alot of people sublet apartments and cause of that the noise levels are pretty loud at all times and the building has alot of pest.
Advice to owner:
Make sure people are not illegally subletting. People who have talked to me told me they sublet there studios to 4-6 people thats kinda nuts for the rent we are paying.
