Pros:
Sometimes the hallways smell really good from peoples' cooking.
Cons:
There was a sewage flood through my apartment two months ago. It left behind human feces and urine in the cracks and crevices, around the pipes, along the baseboards. It saturated the floor and flooded the apartment below me. The floor is now emitting gasses and causing mold. The floor is sagging and cracking and human feces is oozing back up through it. Management is refusing to change the floors. I wake up every day with a headache and have trouble breathing. This is considered a biohazard. I had just gotten the roach problem under control but now, of course, they're coming back.
Advice to owner:
Make it right.

Pros:
Close to 7 train. Responsive management.
Cons:
Horrible pest control. First time in my life dealing with so much BEDBUGS and COCKROACHES. Wish I would’ve known about that before I moved there://
Lots of package stealers!!
Neighbors are very loud on weeknds.
Advice to owner:
Force an exterminator into every single apartment in that building. Do the walls and the elevator and the basement. Its literally disgusting.
