Not well managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments enough room
Cons:
Tenants smoking in the hallway
People letting their dog pee in the hallway and front door
Super is friendly and nice
We (2 people on the lease) received only 1 front door key fob and when requested for a second one, we were told to come to manhattan Monday-friday before 4pm with $60 extra charge. (Impossible for people who work full time )

Ton of rats inside the wall, had to listen to rat noises in the ceiling during the night and management company did not respond to our requests

One unit out of 3 washers in the basement was always out of service
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants better
