Do not rent from here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. Landlord Helen Kashis is the worst person I have ever met. Does not care or answer requests or complaints
Cons:
My bathroom is broken, no running water, tub is a mess, mold everywhere, rat and roach infested, no change of tiles or paint
Advice to owner:
Sell the building. Stop treating people and their families like garbage and only wanting money and to kick out rent controlled tenants
