water temperature

Pros:
5-10 minutes from both 7 and M/R trains
Cons:
Bad water temperature regulation in the shower, creaky floors and thin walls, bathtub gets stuck easily, Fios not available, rodent problems
Advice to owner:
Try to get fios in please
