Unresponsive and cheap.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location near subways.
Cons:
Elevator frequently breaks down / people get stuck.
Landlord is unresponsive to messages, porter says to speak to landlord about repairs so it’s constant runaround to get simple things done. Intercom won’t work, he hasn’t gotten in fixed in 3 years. So if a delivery is coming we have to buzz anyone in without knowing who it is in case it’s the delivery. Major safety issue.
Advice to owner:
Please start answering your phone. Fix the elevator before a major accident happens. Get a better exterminator.
