Pros
How close it is to multiple convenient stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Also, close to bus transportation.
Cons
The building has a flaw in the roof where it would flood the bathroom from time to time when it’s raining heavily. Lots of roaches that come from the cracks from the ceiling and walls. Also, the sun roof outside the door of the building is old and isn’t doing its job to block out the rain. In addition, the outside by the door of the building can be gratified by kids from time to time as well.

To take action of the problem that’s been brought up multiple times.
