Nice and Clean

Pros:
Apt have a decent space, the area is some how good, tenants are nice
Cons:
If you have a car to hard to found a parking
Advice to owner:
Take care of tenant in apt 12 the so noisy all the time

Pros:
Loved the heat in the building. Was never cold during the wintertime. Was kept cleaned every week. No one bothers you.
Cons:
My upstairs neighbors were very loud and noisy, their kids would run around all day every day was never able to get any sleep. Would always go and talk to them so they could stop but it was always a constant thing.
The neighborhood loves to party in the summertime on the weekends. Usually ends around 2 am or 3 am.
Other than that the building was good đź‘Ť
Advice to owner:
The family in apt.12 needs to be talked to about the amount of noise they make
