Pros:
Near the subway, close to stores, rent stabilized
Cons:
Management is horrible. There have been roaches from the beginning and multiple problems with mice.

People leave unbagged garbage out constantly so there’s no way to control for pests.

There used to be a security guard but he retired and never replaced.

The current energy rating is a D, probably bc there are holes everywhere.
