Horrible Landlord Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
None, there are no pros except you have a roof over your head.
Cons:
Landlord is EXTREMELY unresponsive.
Left roach infestation unattended for 5 YEARS !.
Family and friends like to spy and break into the apartment.
Landlords family sends death threats upon tenants leaving notices in regards to apartment.
Landlord illegaly marks tenants as owner of building to cover electricity costs.
Landlord does not provide any heating during winter months.
The list can go on and on.
Advice to owner:
Learn your landlord manual and rights ASAP.
