Too expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance workers are all amazing and kind. They do their jobs great and are always willing to help.
Cons:
They charge for water which is ridiculous. It’s super expensive to live here and they should pay back tenants money for amenities like the pool since it wasn’t even used in the summer. Also there are issues with heat in the winter. The walls in the apartments are so thin. You can hear everything happening in the next room.
Advice to owner:
None this is corporate they definitely don’t care

Management is bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Views are good
Cons:
Amenities are poor and not worth the rent. Many apartments are not even renovated and very old.
