Shiny Rotten Apple
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location to: -Nearby grocery stores, shops, mall, etc. -Public transportation in walking distance. -Schools in walking distance. -Size of apartments are decent.
Cons:
I called it a Shiny Rotten Apple because they make the buildings look "new" on the outside, but the inside is old: -Roaches!!!! -Dog poop everywhere. -No access to back/basement door entrances (like in the past). -Old cracked waterlogged, peeling walls/paint. -Hard and difficult to replace OLD furniture, etc (rusted sinks, refrigerator, stoves, etc.) -When you do get something replaced, it's with something CHEAP and BAD QUALITY. -They put money in unnecessary things instead of stuff that really matters. -You have to ask a million times for a request until (if ever) they complete it.
-There's more but working HARD to get out.
Advice to owner:
Do better and stop being CHEAP with materials/supplies, etc.

Roach town city
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros) the commute/ shopping centers
Cons:
Cons) roaches in your apartment 24.7 coming from the shower, toilet seat, kitchen, closets, room, on your bed. Kitchen counter, living room dining room. Poor management.. 2700 for two bedroom apartment that is falling apart.. better off leaving in the actual hood.
