1st block on horace Harding is the best apartment block lefrak has
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cleanliness, Decent neighbors, Secured day and night
Cons:
They close the inside indoor arena before dusk RATHER LEFRAK should take initiative to make it accessible with strict and regulated framework. For example: after hours entrance only allowed for lease holders residing in the apartment with No criminal background. Just like parking space they may introduce a monthly fee for after hour access only to lease holders
Advice to owner:
They close the inside indoor arena before dusk RATHER LEFRAK should take initiative to make it accessible with strict and regulated framework. For example: after hours entrance only allowed for lease holders residing in the apartment with No criminal background. Just like parking space they may introduce a monthly fee for after hour access only to lease holders. Bring the BOT back. Everyone with special fob key getting access after hours must go through concierge to sign in and sign out like I’m Mr X going to the park to take a walk with my family, here’s our ID, concierge will notify security department.
