Overall safe building
Cons:
Its a co-op, the owner isnt always the best person to deal with. Horrible experience with Our landlord
Advice to owner:
Make sure you dont have illegal stuff in your apartment before renting it out. Get a new damn heater and dont keep deposits for no reason

Very clean building
Cons:
Wood and very thin floor without soundproofing. Horrible loud when people walking in apartments. Laundry room is very small, most washing machines and dryers doesn't work.
