Nice pre-war apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is one of the few non-co-ops in the area, so you don't have to worry about meeting any stringent guidelines. Building is rent controlled. Walls are very thick so the building is quiet. In-building laundry room and part-time doormen.
Cons:
The building does show its age at times. Elevators were only recently modernized. Also the building is mainly studios, 1 bedrooms, and Jr 4 rooms. Only 6 two bedrooms and 6 three bedrooms, so if you want larger space you'll have to be lucky enough for an opening.
