Worst Experience of My Adult Life
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman to Keep Packages Safe Rent is not bad for Neighborhood
Cons:
The Building is old and loud the floors are so old you hear every foot step, the flushing of your neighbors toilets, conversations, everything management is non responsive and when they are they dismiss you as if they cant be bothered
Advice to owner:
be decent human beings and care about your tenants. the same way people paid you rent during a global pandemic to keep you afloat you need to reinvest into the building and actually listen to the concerns of the tenants, you are by far the worse property management in existence
