Lived there for decades
Former Tenant
Pros:
The various supers we interacted with were decent guys. The building maintenance guys were always friendly and helpful and did what they could to keep the common areas clean.
Cons:
The sole elevator was in a CONSTANT state of disrepair. There were too many times when it would be fine in the morning when we left, only to come back later in the day and find it was out of order. Repairs to the individual apartments was generally of the “patch it over and don’t fix the problem” kind.
