Only care about the bottom line
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean and has surveillance cameras. Intercom system provides video and works well.
Cons:
Super is overworked and takes a while to solve simple problems. If you don’t insist every other day, the superintendent never comes. Larger issues like windows never get solved and they try to delay as much as possible. Even to the point to lie about what they are doing. They also don’t respond to the letters you send to them. Management don’t reply to voicemail and no one gets back to you. They also Imposes mandatory renters insurance.
