Ideal spot but at a cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the trains Plenty of stores around a few blocks away Food down the road Nice neighborhood in general
Cons:
Manager really does not care Some roaches Parking on the street is a challenge Expensive
Advice to owner:
Address neighbor issues personally unless manager is needed. He will not respond fast.
