If I could give less than 1 star I would

Pros:
The super is a pretty cool guy, he’s helpful. Great location too.
Cons:
Everything about the management company.
Shady, liars, thieves.
Literally attempt to commit fraud against you by claiming they’re paying your utilities even when you have receipts that say otherwise. Don’t respond to emails regarding repairs, but definitely always email or text to bitch about minor stuff like throwing the garbage in the wrong bin.

The absolute bottom of the barrel, most low life “management” company ever.

Still fighting with them over breaking the law regarding security deposit return, will likely have to fight them in court.

Avoid these vultures AT ALL COSTS.
Advice to owner:
Get a different career.
