Extremely Noisy Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large master bedroom
Cons:
Neighbors upstairs party every weekend. Their dogs bark all day and night. They also rent out one of their bedrooms to someone else not listed in the lease. Rugs are not enforced. Spoke to neighbors upstairs on serval occasions and nothing has been done. Management does not care. It used to be a nice quiet building but not anymore.
Advice to owner:
Vet your tenants more thoroughly.

Clean but could use updates
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well taken care of. It’s mopped everyday. There are cameras throughout the building.
Cons:
The lights in the hallways are dim. The tiles are dated and they should update the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Update hallways.
