Ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Area, quiet building. Kinda well kept. Elevators always worked. Super and landlord were reliable.
Cons:
Few apartments had screaming parents and kids. Lot of smoking neighbors who didn’t obey the no smoking policy.
