Amazing building to live in in NY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, no bugs even living in the unit next to the garbage chute, very kind neighbors. Great location. Not bad parking. Can’t really hear neighbors. Best apt building I’ve lived in
Cons:
On the more expensive side. A lot of loud sirens but such is NY. Ppl on the board act like they own the place and are pretentious. If there are issues with the unit that the super needs to address they give you the typical landlord special.
