Excellent building staff, terrible landlord and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent building staff, friendly and helpful doormen and supers
Recently we had a leak in the ceiling - the supers are great and are figuring out how to fix it promptly - once again attesting to the great building staff here!
Cons:
The landlord Gary Hoffman of Sibling realty is extremely rude and unyielding, the building manager Fred Balik of Lovett is unresponsive and incompetent. They took almost a month to approve an emotional support animal application for someone who suffers from mental health conditions, and in the interim sent notices threatening legal action for having an ESA. Additionally Gary Hoffman UNLAWFULLY demanded a history of A MINIMUM of 5 years of mental health conditions in order to approve the application.
Think 20 times before signing a lease with Sibling realty!
