3/10 apartment complex
Former Tenant
Pros:
Open space layout (aka there’s a living room...), really not much else.
Cons:
Literally, right by a school. Kids are screaming and I mean SCREAMING 8 hours a day. Cars from the school block traffic on the one-way = continuous honking and loud noise every weekday and Sundays. Also, the floorboards suck. Extremely squeaky, and you can hear your upstairs neighbor everywhere. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Heat is also broken. Landlords do not answer / reply promptly, and there was a massive roof leak a year back where they just decided to paint over the water damage. Yeah, avoid!
Advice to owner:
Fix everything or at least pick up the phone. Upgrade to an online rent payment system, checks are outdated.
