Pros:
Good Location, apartment size
Cons:
Bait and Switch management company, Pest, Pest and More Pest.
Building became infested with mice and management company/ owner did not want to pay for exterminators and/ or properly cover holes throughout the apartment.
They Did Not maintain Units and refused to properly execute repair work needed throughout the unit and building.
Small, Old and Overpriced ($2 per wash/ dry) Washer and Dryers.
So Called “Super” Jose would lie and not repair anything properly.
Management Company was unprofessional and rude , would become annoyed if you asked/requested for any service.
Advice to owner:
Pest Management involves more than picking up some glue traps and bait poison at Home Depot.
