Dont do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best part of this place is the location. A lot of restaurants around and very close to subway.
Cons:
There is no security in this building. The buzzer does not work and you would have to go open the door downstairs for anybody. No safety because anybody could get through the first door. Lack of response from tenant as well. If it wasn’t for meeting some great neighbors this place would be horrible.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your tenants needs and fix them. Do not ignore them.
