I could live with the mice and roaches but...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient to 7 train
Cons:
Absolutely infested with mice, roaches, and bed bugs. The treatment was for the apartment, not for the full building, so the bedbugs came back annually. Ended up throwing away all our furniture and 90% of belongings when we moved. There was often urine (dog? Human?) and chicken bones in the hallway. Old appliances, poorly maintained. I am pretty chill and could deal with mostly everything but I could not live with bedbugs.
