Tom is an awesome and respectful guy who will help you if needed.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty clean and well maintained for an old building. The landlord will help you out with any problem within the day and is around pretty much every weekend to do some kind of cleaning/maintainence. The neighbors are friendly and don't make a lot of noise. Garbage and recycling gets taken out weekly. Location is awesome.
Cons:
Parking is incredibly competitive and hard to find in the neighborhood, especially later at night. Aside from that the only complaints are small nitpicky things like seasonal ants/spiders, the walls/floors are slightly slanted, storage space is a bit limited.
Advice to owner:
Please keep doing what you do! Maybe change out the screens on some of the windows?
