NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS ASAP
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized that’s it.
Cons:
Mice infested and no upgrades to apartments and old school pre war apartments. The Projects might just be a better place. The superintendent is part time.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and spend money on fixing up the apartments and surroundings.

Owner should sell ASAP.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood despite the highway but you will get used to it.
Cons:
The owner sucks big time and gives zero care for tenants or their problems they bring to her about bad living. Lead paint reported and plenty of roaches and mice. Apartments look like crap.
Advice to owner:
Renovate immediately or sell it so someone who actually cares for their tenants and reputation.
